This is an incredibly beautiful Cartier Riviera PM (small) ref 78248 ladies watch in 18k solid gold from 1977. It's in great original condition, and looks absolutely stunning. The original white dial is in great condition, with light spidering. It has a manual wind movement. Service history unknown, but it works well and keeps good time. If desired can get serviced before shipping out.
It measures 23mm diameter without crown, and 27mm from lug to lug. It takes 13mm straps. The strap and buckle are original Cartier as well; buckle is vermeil. Comes with its original box. If desired can give a new leather strap as well.
