Cartier Tank Must Ladies - Eggshell dial - manual wind ref 3 from 1980's

This is a beautiful Cartier Tank Must PM (small) ref 3 ladies watch from the 1980's. It's in great original condition, and looks stunning. The original eggshell white dial is in great condition, with very faint spidering. The gold plated over solid silver vermeil case is in great condition, with signs of use. It has a manual wind movement. Service history unknown, but it works well and keeps good time. If desired can get serviced before shipping out.
It measures 21mm width without crown, and 28mm from lug to lug. Takes 15mm straps. The strap and buckle are new generic replacements. This comes watch only, no box or papers
