This is a genuine vintage Omega Collection booklet from 1977. This is for the Japanese market, and has several special models in it that were only ever sold in Japan. The booklet has 25 pages, quite a lot of watches, and also comes with price list. Haven't found this booklet anywhere online. It's in superb condition.
